The provider told us that systems and processes were now embedded.
At the inspection on 12 May 2025 we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with the regulation.
Systems and processes in place are now effective in identifying and managing risks, issues and performance
There was now oversight of the practice in that the provider has sought support from compliance organisations to ensure systems and processes were embedded.
The provider took action to address the significant issues and omissions identified at the inspection of 12 May 2026. These included, concerns relating to the safety of the premises and equipment, safe and effective staffing, recruitment of staff and training, referrals, record keeping, and the management of prescriptions.
Improvements had been made to the systems and processes for learning, quality assurance and continuous improvement. We found that audits were now undertaken according to recognised guidance. For example, radiograph audits were being completed biannually.
Improvements had been made to how the practice responded to concerns and complaints.
