Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate. Comments included, “Fantastic for a now rare local dentist. Polite, friendly and professional from the minute you are greeted at reception by one of their lovely staff. Best hygiene treatment I have ever received.” Also, “I've recently had two crowns and a bridge fitted. The treatment I received was excellent, and I'm very pleased with the results. The staff were professional, caring and thorough.”

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected. Comments included, “Amazing dental practice. Friendly and helpful staff on reception, dentists and dental nurses. After having a phobia of the dentists for some years, this dental practice has made me feel confident in coming to the dentists again not only for check-ups, but also treatment. All the dentists I have seen have been patient, understanding and gentle. Great service. Thank you.”

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.
