During a routine inspection

We spoke with four people (patient's) who used the service. They told us they were happy with the care and treatment they received and said they were treated well by the staff and the dentist at the practice. They commented, "We wouldn't go anywhere else' and 'We're really happy here'. They told us they were able to express their views and opinions and could influence the way their treatment was delivered. Comments made in a recent satisfaction survey included, 'The service is friendly and efficient' and 'They make you feel welcome and the staff always smile' also 'A relaxed atmosphere and the surgery is very clean'.

During our visit we saw a range of patient information leaflets situated in the waiting room. We observed the staff treating people in a kind, professional, friendly and respectful manner. All consultations took place in private rooms.
