Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

The practice carried out an annual patient survey and displayed the results for patients in the reception area. We saw that for 2025, 94% of responders said the practice was very good and 5% good.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.

One staff member told us, “It is absolutely a very good place to work. We all work extremely well as a team with the same ideals to provide first class patient care at all times.”

Another said, “It is a positive, supportive and professional working environment”.
