During a routine inspection
People also said the dentist and nurses were skilled at involving children in their treatment. One told us their child enjoyed choosing the colours for their braces from a display in reception. Another said their child liked being given a copy of their x-ray to take home with them.
People told us the staff were friendly and professional. On person said, 'Everyone who works at the surgery is wonderful. They are all so thoughtful and kind. I feel we are in safe hands here.' Another person commented, 'The dentist is brilliant with my child. He really put her at ease. He is great at communicating with children.'
People also said they were impressed with the management of the practice. One person told us, 'It's extremely well-organised, appointments are on time, and if there are any changes you are given plenty of notice.' Another person commented, 'This whole experience has been life-changing for my child and every aspect of it has been positive ' I can't thank them enough for the excellent service they provide.'
