Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We were provided with the results of the most recent NHS Friends and Family test (FFT) for the month of June 2026. During this time, 14 respondents provided feedback. In response to the question, “Overall, how was your experience of our service?', all respondents rated their experience as “very good”. Examples of feedback received included;

“Very friendly staff.”

“I have always found the service and advice to be professional and high quality.”

“I have been a patient for years and have always been extremely satisfied with the treatment and care.”

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
