Two weeks before our inspection, we asked the provider to display a poster, detailing how patients could provide feedback on their care and treatment. We did not receive any direct patient feedback, but we did review on-line patient feedback.

This provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Where any complaints had been made, we saw these were responded to and addressed without delay, and in accordance with the practice complaints policy.
