Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.
We were told, “I have been coming to the dental practice since I was a little boy and now I’m 41. I’ve always had amazing service especially when I was a small child and have teeth out or filling, the staff are always warm and welcoming and I always find it easy to find appointment times that work around my work hours. Me and my family have had such good service that I have recommended my partner to join the same dental practice and the practice have been more that welcoming to her as well.”
Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.
We were told, “Lovely dentist, always make me feel calm as I’m not very good at the dentists. Always make me feel calm and relaxed when having treatment.”

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.
