Kindness, compassion and dignity
Patient feedback provided a wholly positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.
Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity and showed compassion. Comments included, “Excellent friendly service, full explanation given on health of teeth” and “As a nervous patient, I felt safe and pain free. Even the trainee was very good.”

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate. We were told “The dentist explained what they were doing and was very friendly” and “Excellent, very, very thorough. Provided great explanations and advice.”
Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.
Patient surveys, online comments and feedback we reviewed provided a wholly positive level of satisfaction with the care and treatment received at the practice. These were often responded to by the practice.
People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.
Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
