At the time of assessment, 1 person was using the service and receiving personal care and the service was not supporting any children. The service had not been assessed and rated before, so we completed a comprehensive assessment. We discussed the discrepancies with the registered manager to ensure this was reviewed and picked up using their quality assurance process.
