Kindness, compassion and dignity

Regulations met

We reviewed online feedback, which was positive.

We noted staff replied to patient feedback. We were told if comments were made, the practice would review the information and engage with the patient, where possible, to discuss their experience.

Staff told us they felt respected, valued, and well supported in their roles, including in relation to their wellbeing. The practice promoted wellbeing by supporting holiday requests wherever possible, and signposting them to wellbeing support services, including the BUPA Healthy Minds programme. Staff also described a positive and supportive team culture, with an emphasis on mutual respect and enjoying fun activities within the workplace. We were given examples of suggestions that had been acted upon, including improvements to the organisation of the clinical diaries, uniform arrangements, and enhancements to the reception and waiting areas.
