Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included, “The Dentist is fantastic, he treats me like I've a brain in my head. He explains what treatment he is going to perform and always involves me as a patient in his decision making. He is very sensitive to any fears or issues I have had and has put me at my ease. I find the service I get here is excellent and I would recommend Choices to anyone.”

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion. One patient commented, “All staff are professional and keep you informed on health and always have good advice. I have a phobia of people looking in my mouth, everyone has been very understanding I am now comfortable going to the dentist every 6 months having not been for over 10 years.”

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We were provided with a patient survey which indicated a high level of satisfaction with the care and treatment received at Choices Dental Care.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles and their wellbeing was supported.
