Patient feedback provided a wholly positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity and showed compassion.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion. We were told, “They are all very nice and efficient” and “Professional service.”

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate. We were told, “My treatment plans have been explained to me thoroughly throughout and I have understood what was carried out at every appointment and what would be done on the next.”

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected. Comments included, “The atmosphere in the practice is noticeably pleasant, people smile, the environment spotless, attractive and welcoming. From the moment I step through the door the receptionists know my name and know what I am attending for.”

Patient online comments and feedback we reviewed provided a wholly positive level of satisfaction with the care and treatment received at the practice. We noted where patients had left comments these were responded to by the practice.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality. We were told, “I have never had cause to complain or be dissatisfied with the practice or anyone working there.”

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported. Staff consistently described how they worked well as a team and how their personal development was encouraged.
