People were positive about the quality of their care. Some people told us they had the same group of staff on a regular basis whilst for others this was not the case. A person told us, “I have quite a few different people coming to me in the mornings, but they are all very good and they are all ladies which I like.” People who received care from a consistent staff team were generally happier with the service they received. People knew who the office team were and felt able to complain or raise any issues. A person told us, “If I have any issues then I speak to the staff in the office and I can always get straight through, and they will answer me straight away.” They were confident action would be taken.
