Caring
We found this practice was providing caring services in accordance with the relevant regulations and had taken into consideration appropriate guidance.

Kindness, compassion and dignity
We spoke with 2 patients on the day of the inspection. Both patients were very happy with the care provided by the practice.
Patient feedback reviewed provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.
Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.
We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone.
One patient described the dental team as, “Always approachable and very professional.”
Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.
Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.
People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.
Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported. Many staff members had worked at the practice for a number of years. Staff told us the leaders were approachable and caring and that it felt like a family.
