Our view of the service
We carried out this announced on-site inspection on 30 September 2025.
We found the practice had met regulations.
The practice had effective systems to identify and manage risks, including infection prevention and control.
Staff had the skills, knowledge and experience to carry out their roles. Recruitment procedures reflected current legislation and there was effective leadership and a culture of continuous improvement.
Staff provided care and treatment in line with current guidance. They treated patients with dignity and respect and ensured access to care, support, and treatment when required.
The practice is in Hale, Cheshire and provides private dental care and treatment for adults and children.
The clinic was on the first floor and the building had step-free access via a portable ramp. Car parking spaces, including dedicated parking for disabled people, were available near the practice.
The practice had 1 treatment room. The total number of staff was 5. We gathered feedback from staff and spoke to a range of staff during our inspection, including 1 dentist and 1 dental nurse who was also the receptionist and assistant manager.
People's experience of this service
Prior to our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We received feedback from 23 patients. On the day of our inspection, we saw patient feedback from a further 52 patients, who had left online reviews. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.
Comments included:
“Couldn't recommend enough. Been going to this dentist for a few years for regular checkups after having composite bonding done. No problems whatsoever and even receive a phone call after any appointment to check i'm all good.”
“One of the best dentists around. Always make me feel at ease and have helped with many problems with my teeth over the years. Imran has made my dentist experience so much better than it used to be. I no longer feel scared going to the dentist.”
“Amazing experience from start to finish. [the dentist] was very clear in how he wanted the procedure to go and worked with me to achieve the look I wanted with my teeth. Aftercare and follow ups have been amazing from both [the dentist] and his team. I have recommended this clinic lots to my friends/ family/ clients and I will definitely be returning if I need any more dental work in the future.”
Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care.
Patients said when they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given. Patients told us that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.
