Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion. Feedback included, “Very understanding if a nervous patient. Very thorough with checkups and advice given. Will not push for you to have treatment, advice given and support there when needed.” Also, “Visited Holly tree dentist to have a tooth out as an emergency got me in straight away. The dentist put me at ease and explained everything he was doing and asking me if I was alright I felt very confident with him the service I received was first class.”

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We were provided with a patient survey which indicated a high level of satisfaction with care and treatment received at Holly Tree House Dental Practice.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.
