Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported. One staff member told us, “When issues are brought up, they are taken seriously and addressed in a timely and respectful manner. Regular team meetings and one-to-one discussions also give us opportunities to provide feedback and feel heard.” Another staff member said, “The management team are always approachable and are happy to sit and discuss any issues you face. I have always felt comfortable enough to approach them and inform them of anything I am not happy with or would like to be changed.”
