We saw that the practice routinely requested patient feedback. This was evaluated, shared in practice meetings and where possible, actions implemented. Patients commented on the reassuring and understanding nature of staff, said that all treatment was explained in detail and there was not a long wait for appointments.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
