Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions both in person and on the telephone, with staff demonstrating a good understanding of patients’ needs.

Patient feedback was consistently positive, describing staff as welcoming, professional and considerate. Patients felt treated as individuals, with their dignity, privacy and cultural needs respected. Staff also reported feeling valued and supported in their roles.
