People's experience of this service
People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results, including from the National GP Patient Survey and the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people were satisfied with services. Patient satisfaction about their experience of contacting the GP practice was higher than the local and national averages. There was an active Patient Participation Group (PPG) that represented the views of people using the service. The practice had an active PPG with few members but was in process of relaunching and had plans in place to identify and attract new members to better reflect the practice’s population.
