Our view of the service
This was our first assessment of Feeding Together.
We rated the service as Good for Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-led. The service was rated as Good overall.
People's experience of this service
We spoke with 6 caregivers who had used the service and all provided highly positive feedback. People told us the information available on the website was clear and informative, and booking an appointment was straightforward. Caregivers said the information provided before their appointment was helpful and enabled them to understand what to expect.
People described the registered manager as approachable, knowledgeable and reassuring. They told us the registered manager took time to explain the procedure, answer questions and address any concerns. Caregivers said they felt at ease and received care that was tailored to their individual needs.
All 6 people we spoke with said they would recommend the service to others in a similar situation. This was reflected in feedback received through surveys and other information shared with CQC.
