Summary
We looked for evidence that the service involved people and treated them with compassion, kindness, dignity and respect.
This is the first inspection for this service since its registration with CQC. This key question has been rated as Good.

Kindness, compassion and dignity
We observed patients being treated with kindness and respect during our inspection. They were warmly welcomed by the reception team and offered refreshments. Feedback from patients was positive about the way staff treat people.
Treating people as individuals
When clinics were running late, we heard staff apologising to patients and checking their individual needs to enable them to continue to wait.
Independence, choice and control
We did not look at Independence, choice and control during this assessment. There is no previous rating for the Caring key question so we cannot yet publish a score for this area.
Responding to people’s immediate needs
We saw that staff were prompt at answering the telephone and prioritised the needs of people waiting inside the reception area, over any other communications.
All consultations took place in clinic rooms and could not be overheard.
