People's experience of this service
Patients and relatives all provided positive feedback about the services provided. They told us they
were very happy with the care, and people were treated with dignity, respect and compassion.
Patients and relatives could access advice, support and be signposted when required to other services,
for example social or financial support. The service enabled patients to see what the service could offer
and for them to decide on treatment at their own pace.
