Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

“I was treated as an individual, values were respected and I was involved in decisions about my treatment.”

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

“I have recommended the clinic to other family members as I find the service very friendly.”

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We were provided with the most recent patient survey which was undertaken in 2026. There were 6 respondents for the month of April. The summarised results indicated that all respondents answered positively to questions regarding the friendliness of the receptionist, satisfaction with the level of care received and likelihood of recommending the practice to family and friends.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
