Our view of the service

We assessed Nurse Richard – The Wax Wizard on the 3 September 2025. The service was previously called “No More Ear Wax”. This is the first inspection of this service since it was registered on 30 December 2022.

Nurse Richard – The Wax Wizard is registered to deliver the regulated activity: treatment of disease, disorder or injury. At this assessment we assessed all 33 quality statements for 2 assessment service groups: community health services for adults; and community health services for children and young people.

We rated the service as good.

The provider is a sole trader and registered nurse. They manage the service and carry out ear wax removal for adults and children.
