Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included that staff were kind, caring, welcoming and professional.

 

Patients said staff were friendly and helpful.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We were provided with a patient survey. Patients said that treatments were well explained. Anxious patients said they were made to feel comfortable and relaxed during their visit.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
