Well-led – this means we looked for evidence that service leadership, management and governance assured high-quality, person-centred care; supported learning and innovation; and promoted an open, fair culture. At our last assessment we rated this key question as good. At this assessment the rating has remained as good. This meant the service was consistently managed and well-led. Leaders and the culture they created promoted high-quality, person-centred care.

Shared direction and culture

Staff had a good understanding of the services values and vision and were passionate about their roles. However, we did receive mixed feedback from staff regarding feeling supported within their role. Some staff told us they felt consistently supported, while others felt they could not always raise concerns and did not always feel valued. We have feedback these concerns to the registered manager to help support improved culture at the service.
