The practice carried out patient surveys and encouraged online reviews.

We were provided with patient survey results from February and March 2025. Of those who responded, 96% said they were either likely or very likely to recommend the practice to family and friends. Comments included “I was able to see the dentist very quickly and had brilliant care from both reception and the dentist”, “Everyone in practice gives 100% in being kind and caring and helps make you as relaxed as possible”, “The dentist was very friendly, communicative and attentive. Made me feel very at ease”, “Very professional and friendly, been coming here for years now”.

Where patients made suggestions or raised concerns, we were told these would be reviewed and acted on as appropriate.
