This was a focused assessment, and as such it did not include a review of all areas of the service. The evidence gathered during this assessment was not intended to support a reassessment of the overall rating; therefore, the overall rating remains unchanged. At this assessment the rating has remained requires improvement.

The service was in breach of 1 legal regulation in relation to staffing employment checks and took immediate corrective action during the assessment. We have received assurance that additional process has been put in place to strengthen operational and governance oversight and maintain a safe service. We will follow up actions taken at our next assessment of the service to ensure that they have been embedded.
