People's experience of this service
The service actively encouraged patient feedback by facilitating access to the CQC ‘Give Feedback on Care’ service. We reviewed 12 recent submissions which demonstrated a consistently positive experience across all respondents. Patients reported being treated with kindness and dignity, with several providing specific examples of staff demonstrating a compassionate and responsive approach. Feedback highlighted that staff were knowledgeable and that care was delivered efficiently. Patients felt well-informed, stating that their treatment options were clearly explained to them. Furthermore, patients specifically valued the health promotion advice provided regarding ear care. These findings indicate that a culture of listening and person-centred care is effectively embedded within the practice.
