Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate. We were told, “Excellent service and attention. Very pleased to be registered here” and “Recommend to anyone. Always give 100%. Would not go anywhere else.”

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

Patient surveys, online comments and feedback we reviewed provided a wholly positive level of satisfaction with the care and treatment received at the practice. These were often responded to by the practice.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported. Staff consistently described how they worked well as a team and how their personal growth was encouraged. We were told, “We talk every day, any concerns are addressed straight away if needed” and “Yes, I do feel respected, valued and supported by my colleagues.”
