Our view of the service
This was the first time we inspected the service.
We found two breaches of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014, in relation to Regulation 19: Fit and proper persons employed, and Regulation 17: Good governance.
People's experience of this service
Patients were all positive about the staff treating them with warmth and kindness and providing effective care and treatment. They told us they were provided with enough information, were seen quickly, and had good aftercare.
People said they did not feel anxious about providing feedback on their care.
