Our view of the service
We carried out this inspection from 08 September 2026 to 21 September 2026. This inspection was prompted due to the time elapsed since the last inspection. This was a comprehensive inspection looking at all quality statements. Faiths Care is a domiciliary care agency providing care and support to adults living in their own homes, including those living with dementia, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and sensory impairments. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. At the time of our inspection, the service supported 14 people with personal care. We assessed the service against ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ guidance to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed autistic people and people with a learning disability respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted. At the time of the inspection, the service was not providing personal care to any autistic people or people with a learning disability, but the provider had regard to ‘Right support, right care, right culture’.
People were involved as partners in their care and received good care and outcomes as a result. Their needs were fully assessed, communicated and understood by staff. The service was well led by a management team that displayed genuine care and passion for the service they delivered to people. Staff were well trained, well supported and empowered to provide person centred care that enabled people to live well.
