Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included, “My first time going private and it was an amazing experience, super friendly staff, professional and put me at ease.”

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion. We were told by patients, “Caring and kind. Patient with my dental phobia. Absolutely fantastic,” and “All the people here are lovely and friendly, they do their best to help, appointments are easily made and at a time that suits you.”

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We were provided with a patient surveys and feedback. The results were wholly positive.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Most staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
