Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming, attentive and showed compassion when they were in pain.

Patients commented that staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

The practice manager described the various ways in which feedback from patients was gathered. This allowed patients to remain anonymous so any issues patients were not comfortable raising, could be brought to the attention of the practice team. We found that patient feedback was consistently positive, and findings were collated and shared with the practice team at practice meetings. Staff commented that receiving feedback from patients – particularly positive feedback – added to their sense of well-being and satisfaction in their work. Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
