Our overall rating of safe at Cygnet Sherwood House and Cygnet Sherwood Hospital remains requires improvement. Acute wards for adults of working age and psychiatric intensive care units were rated as requires improvement. Long stay or rehabilitation mental health wards for working age adults were not inspected during this assessment.
