At the inspection on 23 June 2026, we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with the regulation:

The annual electromechanical service had been carried out on the X-ray machine and local rules were up to date.

Antibiotic labels had the practice name and address on them.

The practice procedures to reduce the risk of Legionella, or other bacteria, developing in water systems, was in line with an external risk assessment and current guidance.

The practice systems for prescribing and dispensing of medicines were in line with current guidance. The stock log included the batch number and expiry dates, and the stock count of antibiotics was correct.

Private prescription pads were kept securely.
