During a routine inspection
One relative commented, "we've never regretted a minute of X being here'The staff have taken over our role and supported X in everything and us the parents' and 'we have every faith in the manager. They're a team which are part of our lives.'
Staff told us that they enjoyed working at Thorntree Way. One member of staff said, 'it's like a big family here, all the home comforts together with the personal individual care it's just what you would want for your own family.'
