At the inspection on 12 August 2026, we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with the regulation:

Staff were completing the infection prevention control audits accurately and in accordance with guidance.

The water damaged areas in the decontamination room had been sealed, and the room was well maintained.

Staff checked emergency equipment and medicines in line with national guidance.

The provider had addressed the recommendations in the external fire risk assessment.

The practice had effective procedures to reduce the risk of Legionella, or other bacteria, developing in water systems, in line with a risk assessment and current guidance. Recommendations from the external risk assessment completed in March 2026, had been put in place such as taking and recording monthly water temperatures.
