Date of assessment: 28 to 29 May 2025.
Cygnet Lodge Lewisham provides independent high support rehabilitation for males. Following this assessment, the location was rated as good.
In our assessment of this location, we found improvements had been made to the environment, and the hospital was no longer in breach of regulations. Staff, patients and carers spoke positively about the care and treatment being provided by this location.
