One person described the nursing staff as “very attentive” and “couldn’t do more”. Patients confirmed their pain was well managed and medication to control this was provided without delays. Patients said the call bells were always answered quickly and they all felt they could get assistance if needed. Patients told us they were given time to ask question about their procedure and staff had checked they understood what they were having done.
