During an inspection in response to concerns
Professionals from the local community team raised concerns to us that people may not have been fully consulted about moving out of the service. The home was due to close soon as the environment no longer suited people's needs.
Professionals who visited the home told us that they had concerns that a person was not getting the care and treatment they needed to remain well.
