Elizabeth House

Our overall rating of responsive at Elizabeth House has improved to good. Staff managed the admission process well and took a multi-disciplinary team approach when reviewing referrals. Staff worked with a number of external agencies to facilitate discharge at the earliest opportunity. Staff managed and investigated complaints in line with the provider policy and cascaded learning from the outcomes.

Acute wards for adults of working age, were rated as good.
