We found this practice was providing caring services in accordance with the relevant regulations and had taken into consideration appropriate guidance.

Kindness, compassion and dignity
The practice carried out ongoing patient surveys and encouraged online reviews.
Overall, patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. We were told if a patient expressed dissatisfaction, the practice would attempt to contact them directly to discuss their concerns.
Staff told us that any comments raised would be reviewed and addressed as appropriate.
Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
