During a routine inspection

We spoke with six people about the service they received. They were happy with their care. One person told us 'the standard of care is generally very good.' Another person told us 'I'm alright here.' One person explained the staff were 'good' and 'available when you need them'.

23 September 2011

During a routine inspection

We spoke with five people who live at Ashley Court. They all spoke highly of the care that they received. One person told us that the "staff are very kind and do things for me.' Another person told us that staff were helpful and ask him what he wants. One person told us that if he had any concerns he would talk to the manager.
