Our view of the service
Date of assessment: July 2026.
This was a first assessment of the service since it has been registered with the CQC.
No 3 is a three-bedded unit based in a mews house in Kensington. It contained group therapy rooms, with three bedrooms on the upper floors.
It is run by PROMIS clinics, which has three other services on the same street called No 4, No 11 and No 12.
Whilst the four are registered separately, they operate as one service with the same manager and the same staff covering the four locations. We completed one inspection which reviewed all four registered locations and wrote four separate inspection reports.
Clients in the four services used the same communal areas in No 11, including a kitchen and a living room. The clinic room for the four services is in No 11. There are some therapy rooms, which are used by clients across the services, in No 12.
At the time of our inspection, there were 2 clients using the service.
We rated the service as Good overall.
Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act Compliance Summary
The service ensured that 100% of staff were trained in understanding the Mental Capacity Act. Staff could ask the manager and consultant psychiatrist for advice about Mental Capacity related issues.
The service did not accept anyone that was detained under the Mental Health Act.
