We spoke with eight people using the service, one relative, two staff and one visiting professional during the visit. We spoke by telephone with one relative and three visiting professionals following the visit.People we spoke with and their families were generally positive about the care provided and praised the staff. They praised the staff describing them as caring and good. One person said 'I'm quite satisfied' and another told us 'I can't grumble about the way I'm looked after'. A relative said the service was 'on the ball with everything' and that they were very pleased with the way specific health issues were managed.
People we spoke with confirmed that they felt safe using the service and the relatives we spoke with told us they had no worries about the way care was provided.
We found that the premises were clean and tidy and were adequately maintained.
People were asked for their views about their care and treatment and they were acted on and there was a system in place to monitor the quality of the service.
