During a routine inspection
People said, 'they would tell the agency if anything was wrong with their care and wouldn't hesitate to do that'. People told us the service was very good, marvellous, and don't know what they would do without the service they are a godsend.
People told us that 'at weekends the carers are sometimes late for the visits but this is due to staff availability and holidays'.
They told us that 'new people coming along to provide care in our home can sometimes be difficult, and noise in the house can sometimes be a problem'.
People told us the staff have been great and were happy with the care provided,
People told us their views of the service were very positive, they said 'the carers are very good', 'I have no grumbles and they alter their hours to fit in with me.' People who use the service also said that,' they are wonderful and have no complaints whatsoever'.
