The provider promoted people’s independence, so people knew their rights and had choice and control over their own care, treatment and wellbeing.

Overall, people told us they were supported to have choice and control over their own care and made decisions about their care, treatment and wellbeing. Although this was the case, the provider needed to document this more robustly.

People were supported to maintain relationships and networks which were important to them and had access to their friends and family while they were using the service.

People had access to activities and access to the local community to promote and support their independence, health and wellbeing.
